Braking the Cycle - "And So We Ride"
Black Watch Productions, Inc. is producing a 90-minute documentary centered on "Braking the Cycle," the three-day charity bike-riding event that benefits the HIV/AIDS Services of The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of New York City. We intend to show it as a feature-length documentary at film festivals, with an ultimate goal of bringing it to broadcast. We shot the inaugural event in 2003, and currently have over 150 hours of footage as we continued the project through the 2008 Ride. We are seeking underwriting, finishing funds and distribution outlets. The film is being produced and directed by John and Monica Anderson.
